RAMGOAL Wall Mounted Mini Basketball Hoop replacement backboard

I paid for 2 day shipping to receive it for my kids birthday. When I questioned it 6 days later this was the response.
I acknowledge your request. You did pay $19 for fast shipping and I paid $19 for a Priority Mail 2 day shipping label and shipped your backboard the morning after you placed the order. Unfortunately RAMGOAL does not own the US Postal Service and I doubt they would be willing to give me a refund. I see your backboard is scheduled to be delivered today.

I reached out about this assembly to inquire if it was the backboard with metal or just the backboard itself. In doing this, the OWNER responded to my email answering my question. In his response, he brought up some changes made to the metal assembly and provided excellent service to get a discounted replacement, which we didn’t even ask for. You don’t find many owners who are willing to bring up discounting a replacement, especially when you don’t even ask for that! Great job Ramgoal team!!
