Replacement Rim Band(Repair Video at Bottom of Main Page)

In a house of boys a basketball goal takes a beating. This one has stood the test until they managed to "pop" the resistance band. This was great engineering by Ramgoal to allow the band to break instead of the rim or backboard like many of the other goals I've purchased. I reached out to Ramgoal about the band breaking and whether or not it was covered under warranty. Matt responded right away and provided instructions on how to get a replacement band. The band arrived within a week and my son was able to watch the tutorial video and replace the band. The boys are back to having 1 v 1's and all is well again. Was happy to easily find the replacement item on the website and order. Then received a super helpful how to video by email! Got the part, followed the video, and back to shooting hoops in no time.

This is by far the best indoor basketball wall mount set available. It can take a beating, and keeps going. A screw came lose from the wear and tear and my son misplaced it. The owner personally handled my issue and immediately sent the part I needed, and extra replacements of any other parts I might need down the road. Two thumbs up!!!
