Easy fix for what we thought was a ruined hoop

It was nice they sent me two of the bands. The bad part is they each only lasted one week. Doesn’t seem as durable as the original that lasted two months.

Repair kit arrived quickly and the customer service was superb! Even came with an extra band in case we break another band. A+

After 6 months, a gasket broke. RAMGOAL sent items as ordered. A Screw came loose after over a year, RAMGOAL sent items as ordered. This company’s customer service is top notch and their product is (hands down) the BEST. This goal has provided my 11 year old and multiple friends hours of fun! Way to go RAMGOAL!

Ordered the replacement hardware for our hoop. After placing order I noticed the auto populated delivery address was an old address. I emailed the “contact us” and told them of my screw up. Literally within minutes, on a Sunday afternoon, I got an email back with updated delivery information. I was wildly impressed. Will be supporters of these guys forever for the expedited correction to my mistake.
