Replacement Rim Band(Repair Video at Bottom of Main Page)

We had the ram goal for less than three moths when the rubber inside popped and ripped. The replacement part was fairly inexpensive and it was an easy fix. I am glad they have replacement parts. Of both my son would have been very disappointed in the goal.

My son was so sad thinking his hoop had broken, but turns out it just needed a part. I had emailed the company and within minutes Matt texted me personally asking what was going on. I sent him pictures and within seconds he knew exactly what we needed. He shipped it out that day and was so helpful. Our hoop is the favorite toy in the house by my son. Love ramgoal.

This piece has made my hoop much stronger, it comes with these sleeves which make it stronger, I could hang on this thing (not advised to do it) but its really durable from dunking

In a house of boys a basketball goal takes a beating. This one has stood the test until they managed to "pop" the resistance band. This was great engineering by Ramgoal to allow the band to break instead of the rim or backboard like many of the other goals I've purchased. I reached out to Ramgoal about the band breaking and whether or not it was covered under warranty. Matt responded right away and provided instructions on how to get a replacement band. The band arrived within a week and my son was able to watch the tutorial video and replace the band. The boys are back to having 1 v 1's and all is well again.
